Tony Veitch - Chief Commercial Officer/Company Secretary

Mr Veitch was appointed an Executive Director of Atlantic on 1 April 2010 and was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Atlantic on 4 July 2007. Mr Veitch previously worked as a consultant to a number of companies in the resources sector from 2005 to 2007 before becoming an Executive Director of Citadel Capital Pty Ltd, a corporate advisory firm he established in October 2007, a position he held until joining Atlantic full-time in April 2010. Prior to that, Mr Veitch was the Manager of Corporate Projects for the London Stock Exchange plc. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration.

Terry Bourke – General Counsel

Mr Bourke joined Atlantic in June 2013.  He is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in WA, NSW, QLD, PNG and Canada in mining, oil & gas and manufacturing & logistics, as well as working in a top tier law firm.  He has been a Director of three ASX-listed companies (two of which were in resources, with one in manufacturing), a Director of  two listed Canadian resources companies and he ran his own advisory firm for six years.  Mr Bourke has Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance & Systems) degrees from the University of NSW.

Scott Nicholas – Chief Financial Officer

Mr Nicholas joined Atlantic in January 2010 as Corporate Development Manager and was appointed CFO in July 2013.  In these roles he was instrumental in raising over $500 million in finance for Atlantic in the acquisition, construction and operation of the Windimurra vanadium project.  Mr Nicholas has over 10 years experience in mining, oil and gas and utilities industries.  He previously worked for Ernst & Young corporate finance advising mining clients on corporate transactions and capital raisings.  Prior to that, Mr Nicholas worked for KPMG in the assurance and advisory division.  Mr Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Peter Manton - General Manager Operations

Mr Manton joined Atlantic in August 2016 as the General Manager Operations.  He has over 23 years' experience in the resources industry across a range of commodities including diamonds, gold, copper, oil and vanadium.  Prior to joining Atlantic, Mr Manton's more recent positions included General Manager Operations at Millennium Minerals and General Manager Metallurgy with Newcrest Mining Limited.  He also has considerable experience with the Windimurra vanadium project having worked for almost three years as the Senior Operations Superintendent and Registered Manager for Xstrata at the original Windimurra operation from 1999 to 2001.  Mr Manton has a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Extractive Metallurgy and Environmental Science from Murdoch University (WA).
