Phiong Phillipus Darma - Non-Executive Director

Mr Phillipus is a Senior Director of the Salim Group and has extensive experience in the resources and construction sector. He currently serves at various listed companies in Indonesia such as Vice President Commissioner at PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk as well as a Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk, one of the largest mining companies in Indonesia. He is also a Commissioner for PT Asuransi Central Asia.

His previous experience also includes senior leadership positions at Indocement, Indonesia’s largest cement producer..

Brad Ellis - Non-Executive Director

Mr Ellis is a metallurgist with 40 years of international mining experience and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, as well as a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration. He has held global technical, operational and management roles and since 1999 has consulted to major companies including First Quantum Minerals, Ivanhoe Mines, Minara, Lihir Gold, Keegan Resources, Capricorn Metals and Newcrest.

Ferdian Purnamasidi - Non-Executive Director

Mr Purnamasidi is the official representative for Salim Group & Droxford International in Australia. He is responsible for managing the Salim Group’s mining investments across Australia and currently serves as Managing Director of Mach Australia Holdings and its subsidiaries: Mach Energy Australia which owns and operates the high-quality thermal coal operation in New South Wales and Mach Metals Australia which owns and is constructing the Hillside Copper project in South Australia.

He is also a Director at KGL Resources Limited, an ASX-listed company focused on developing and constructing the Jervois Copper project mine in the Northern Territory.
