Chemicals and Catalysts
Vanadium is
used in the chemical industry as a catalyst, particularly in the manufacturing of
sulphuric acid. Vanadium can also be
used in dye manufacturing, glass coatings and ceramics production. It can also be combined with gallium to form
superconductive magnets.
Vanadium chemicals are used in the health sector in the
production of supplements for treating, preventing and managing many health
issues from diabetes to brain function.
